delivery and returns
Boxes are mailed out with USPS 2 day priority.
You will be emailed tracking information as soon as it is mailed out.
It is highly recommended to place your order a full week before your anticipated 1st day of your next cycle. (it's better to have your box a little earlier than late!)
the dot box is only available to the United States at the moment.
Due to the nature of the products that are sold, we can not offer any returns.
Once your subscription for the next cycle is billed, the order is then processed and we mail the dot box out right away.
If you do not wish to receive a shipment please contact us or manually adjust your next shipping date no later than 7 business days before your next shipment is scheduled to process.
Once a shipment has processed it cannot be cancelled.
Your next shipping date is always available on your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
